President Mamnoon Hussain has expressed Pakistan’s solidarity with the people of Kashmir, Palestine, Bosnia, Iraq, Syria, Libya and of all regions facing adversities.
The President said this while talking to the Saudi Parliamentary Delegation led by Dr. Atalla Bin Ahmad Abo Hassan, which called on him at Aiwan-e-Sadr on Friday.
President Mamnoon Hussain said that Pakistan has suffered heavy losses due to terrorism and the government has decided to eliminate terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. Mamnoon Hussain observed that the ongoing military operation “Zarb-e-Azb” is being carried out successfully.
The President expressed his satisfaction at the brotherly relations between the two countries and underscored the need for regular interaction and exchange of visits between the parliamentarians of the two countries.
The head of the Saudi delegation conveyed greetings of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud to President Mamnoon Hussain. President Mamnoon Hussain reciprocating the sentiments said that the government and the people of Pakistan keenly await the visit of Khadim Al-Haramain Al-Sharifain to Pakistan.
National Assembly Acting Speaker Murtaza Javed Abbasi, MNA Mian Abdul Manan and Saudi Ambassador in Pakistan Abdullah Bin Marzouq Al-Zaharani were also present during the meeting.
